1. License Grant

By purchasing or using PRANATA, you are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and run the software on infrastructure that you manage (On-Premise).

2. Use Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Resell or lease PRANATA licenses to third parties.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to decompile the application source code.
• Use a single license to serve multiple different organizations (unless an Enterprise license permits).

3. Data Responsibility

Because PRANATA operates on your server, you are fully responsible for data backups, server security, and network configuration. We are not responsible for data loss caused by failures in your own infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer

This software is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that this software will be entirely error-free, but we are committed to providing bug fixes (patches) in accordance with your active support period.
