In short: We don't want your data.
Data sovereignty is the core of the PRANATA product.
1. Data Ownership
All data you enter into PRANATA (API collections, environment variables, tasks, documentation, user lists, and audit logs) is stored entirely within your own infrastructure (On-Premise).
We (the Vendor) have no access, do not store copies, and cannot view your operational data. The PostgreSQL database is under the full control of your infrastructure team.
2. Telemetry & Tracking
PRANATA is designed without hidden telemetry.
- No tracking pixels.
- No usage data sent to our servers.
- No automatic "crash reporting" that sends stack traces externally.
3. License Validation
The only possible external communication performed by the software is for license validation purposes (Activation Check). This process only sends the License ID and a Hardware ID Hash. No business content is transmitted.
For Air-Gapped environments (totally isolated from the internet), we provide a manual offline activation mechanism.
4. Cookies
This landing page website may use basic cookies for navigation and language preferences. The PRANATA web application (which you install) uses cookies only for session management (login).
