Is this a one-time fee or a subscription?
We offer both options. Annual licenses include updates and support. Perpetual licenses (one-time payment) are available with an optional annual maintenance fee.
Are there any user limits?
No. PRANATA is priced per server installation (instance), not per user (seat). You are free to add as many team members as your server capacity can handle.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes, upgrading the license only requires replacing the key file. No re-installation or data migration is necessary.
